Quality Control Policy reflects our dedication to continual improvement, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. 

Our Objectives: 

  • Deliver Excellence: 
  • Ensure that all services, materials, and workmanship meet defined standards, project specifications, and client requirements. 
  • Strive for zero defects through proactive planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement. 
  • Establish and Maintain a Quality Management System (QMS): 
  • Implement and maintain a QMS based on ISO 9001:2015 standards. 
  • Document all procedures and maintain clear quality records for transparency and traceability. 
  • Quality Assurance (QA): 
  • Plan quality into every phase of the project lifecycle — from design and procurement to construction and handover. 
  • Conduct regular internal audits and management reviews to ensure the effectiveness of the QMS. 
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand expectations and incorporate them into quality planning. 
  • Quality Control (QC): 
  • Inspect and test incoming materials, in-process activities, and completed works to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. 
  • Establish Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and checklists for all critical activities. 
  • Record and address non-conformities through a structured NCR and Corrective Action system. 
  • Competency and Training: 
  • Provide ongoing training and development for all employees to ensure competency in quality-related tasks. 
  • Promote a quality-first mindset at all levels of the organization. 
  • Continuous Improvement: 
  • Set measurable quality objectives and track performance. 
  • Learn from project feedback, client reviews, and internal audits to improve processes and results. 
Top management is fully committed to ensuring that this QA/QC policy is effectively implemented and maintained across all projects and departments. This policy shall be reviewed periodically and communicated to all employees, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
